Sunday Night Ministries for the Entire Family

Spring Semester begins  1/13/2013

Thrive Time (Preschool through 6th grade) West Campus

Now kids can discover God’s great love story in a new format! As you read The Story for kids you will uncover the “big picture”. You’ll find that God’s story is not just a collection of random adventures–it’s a complete story that tells about God’s great love for His people.  Event’s characters and teachings are arranged in order to show God’s unfolding story.  Parents and children will study the same lessons each week and you can enjoy the greatest story ever told together!  Click here for more information.

Spring Adult Sessions

Women’s Bible Study–East Campus Blend Room (E204)

Tami Engram will lead the women through the book He Speaks to Me: Preparing to Hear from God  by Priscilla Shirer.  Click here to go to the Women’s page. (THIS IS A NEW LOCATION! We previously met at the West Campus.)

Men’s Bible Study–East Campus Chapel

Marc Riddle will lead the men in a 3 week study based on the book The Mentor Leader by Tony Dungy.

Hebrews–West Campus Room 107

The study of the book of Hebrews is challenging. Its goal is to inspire its reader to go on to maturity (Hebrews 6:1). This book presents:

  • The Christian faith is superior to Judaism.
  • Christ is the superior person.
  • Faith is superior to the law.

Join Pastor Don as he leads through this captivating study.

The Story  – West Campus Room 108

The Story is an all encompassing study of scripture for the entire family.  Many of us get stuck in the New Testament in our Bible reading and we don’t know how to make the connection from the Old  Testament to the New.  Thirty-one sessions will take the entire family from Genesis to Revelation, giving us the opportunity to dig into the richness of the Old Testament and it’s story of hope to the New Testament and the coming of the Messiah.  Join Ric Engram as he leads us through this semester of study. (The Story is also available on Sunday mornings.)

Financial Peace University–West Campus Room 203

We all need a plan for our money. Financial Peace University (FPU) is a great plan! It teaches God’s ways of handling money. Through video teaching, class discussions and interactive small group activities, FPU presents biblical, practical steps to get from where you are to where you’ve dreamed you could be. This plan will show you how to get rid of debt, manage your money, spend and save wisely, and much more! Join Rob and Kitty Robinson as they lead a group through this class.
