101

DS 101 is our information class that will tell you all you need to know about Desert Springs. We will go over who we are, what we believe, and why. We answer questions about doctrine, our practices, go over various programs and give an overview of the heart of our church.

 

Once all of the information is given, and the group has opportunity ask questions, each participant over the age of 16 will have the opportunity to apply for membership. (Participants younger than 16 can attend the class, and fill out a membership form; their membership can be approved but would not be effective until they turn 16.)

The other important aspect of DS 101 is the opportunity to find a place to serve. We will help you find your gifting with a spiritual gifts test, and talk about what opportunities are available for service.

DS 101 is held during our 9:30am service on Sunday morning. If you have children, they can go to their class while you attend.
