Middle School
DS Middle School is for students in 6th-8th grade (generally 11-13 yrs old). We hope to relentlessly pursue Jesus in our community and in our world by reading God's Word and serving others.
Young Adults
DS Young Adults is for those post-high school ages 18-25.
A heart for Japan.
In 2015, God placed a burden on our hearts for the people of Japan. Today, less than 1% of Japan's population identifies as Christian. In a culture where following Christ can come with significant social and familial challenges, many have never had the opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel.
Our desire is to faithfully share the hope of Jesus and help remove barriers that keep people from knowing Him. While the work is often slow and requires patience, we are encouraged by what God is doing and remain committed to supporting the growing movement of the gospel in Japan.
In 2016, we launched our first mission trip to Osaka with a team of college students. Since then, the ministry has grown into multiple trips each year, serving in various regions throughout the country. While we are passionate about global missions everywhere, we believe God has given our church a unique calling to invest deeply in Japan.
