Wayne has been married to his wife, Nancy, for 45 years and they have two daughters and six grandchildren. He has an Associate in Applied Science degree from Waubonsee Community College. Wayne was saved in December 1982 at the age of 33 and started teaching Sunday School in a small Baptist church approximately two years later. He has been teaching for 34 years and has also served as a deacon.
